Edgewood College set for
Monday's exhibition game at UW-Milwaukee
Madison, Wis. -- Edgewood College is getting ready to
square off against UW-Milwaukee in a men's basketball exhibition
game on Monday, Nov. 6. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. at the US
Cellular Arena. Tickets are still available and live web streaming
can also be heard on www.EdgewoodCollegeEagles.com.
Play-by-play announcer Barry Adams will be courtside beginning with
the pre-game show at 6:45 p.m. The Eagles finished the 2004-05
campaign with a 15-12 overall record. First-year head coach Todd
Adrian inherits 10 players from last year's roster, including first
team all-conference selection Charlie Averkamp (New Berlin, Wis.)
whose brother, Jason, is a true freshman walk-on with Rob Jeter's
Panthers.
The Panthers, who compete in the Horizon League at the NCAA Division
I level, will conclude the exhibition season Monday night following
a 77-71 loss to UW-Parkside earlier this week.
