CUW's Corbin provisionally qualifies for NCAA Championships
KENOSHA, Wis. -- Concordia University Wisconsin freshman Janeen Corbin provisionally qualified for the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships with a long jump of 5.50 meters (18' 1/2").

Corbin reached this distance at the Gill Athletics track meet [results] at Carthage College on Friday night. The jump, ranks Corbin 14th in the country at this point. The NCAA selection committee only took 17 jumpers to last year's championships and Corbin will try to leave no room for chance as she competes again on Saturday, March 3 at the UW-Whitewater Last Chance Invitational.
