Northern Athletics Conference announces 2007 men's golf awards
VERONA, Wis. -- The Northern Athletics Conference has just released the All-Northern Athletics Conference awards for the 2007 men's golf season.

The 2007 All-Northern Athletics Conference Men's Golf Team includes the top ten golfers based on their performances in this fall's NAC sanctioned events, including the conference championship.

MSOE's Frank Roucek (Waterford, Wis.) was named NAC Rookie of the Year. Roucek tied for third at the NAC Championship. His 77.5 per round average in NAC events led all freshmen.

Wisconsin Lutheran College's Daniel Behm (Jackson, Wis.) was named Northern Athletics Conference Player of the Year. The junior won medalist honors at the NAC Championship last week. He shot a 74.25 per round average in NAC events this season, and placed in the top three at all the events.

Joe Meloy was named Coach of the Year as MSOE won the NAC Championship their first year in the conference.
