eligible for the NAC championship.
Tiebreaking Criteria to Determine Tournament
Teams
To be eligible for competition in the
NAC Baseball Tournament, a conference team must have completed 80%
of its conference schedule (minimum 16 games for 2007 season).
Tournament seeding will be determined by the total number of
conference wins a team has. In the case that teams have the same
number of wins, the conference tie-breaking scenario will be
utilized:
- Head-to-head
- Results against the rest of the NAC from top to bottom
- Head to head runs scored to runs allowed, with the largest
differential per game being 8 runs.
- Run differential against the entire NAC
- Coin flip
