Concordia Chicago names Tyler Jones as men's basketball coach
RIVER FOREST, Ill. -- Concordia University Chicago announces the
appointment of Tyler Jones as head coach for the men’s basketball team. Jones
succeeds Brian Sommerhauser who coached the Cougar men for the previous four

Wis. -- Records are meant to be broken, but this many in one
basketball season is something to be remembered. Seniors David
Lipanot, Josh Atkinson and Travis Moulton had statistical seasons to
remember as they entered into four different categories in the
record books, points, rebounds, steals and assists.

advance in NAC tournament
AURORA,
Ill. -- The Aurora University men's basketball team advanced to the
second round of the Northern Athletics Conference tournament with a
96-75 victory over NAC rival Benedictine University, Tuesday night
in AU's Thornton Gymnasium, where Aurora is 87-10 since the
2000-2001 season.
