MSOE men, CUW women win NAC Outdoor Track &
Field Championships
LISLE, Ill. -- The MSOE men's and the Concordia
University Wisconsin women's outdoor track & field teams captured the 2008
Northern Athletics Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships today at
the Village of Lisle-Benedictine University Sports Complex.

Brewster's Olympic quest
featured in Wisconsin State Journal
MADISON,
Wis. -- Bethany Brewster, head track and cross country coach at
Edgewood College, was recently featured in the Wisconsin State
Journal regarding her preparations for the United States Olympic
Trials in June. Brewster will attempt to qualify for the Beijing
Summer Olympics in the 5,000 meter run.

Concordia
University Chicago appoints Matt Beisel as head track and field
coach
RIVER FOREST,
Ill. -- Concordia University Chicago is pleased to announce that
Matt Beisel has accepted the position of head coach for track and
field, effective January 1, 2008. Beisel succeeds Dave Risch who
will continue at Concordia as the Cougars’ cross-country coach.

and current assistant coach Amanda Lorenzen
(Kuca) has qualified
and will compete in this weekend's USA Outdoor Track & Field
championships in Indianapolis.

Spartan Qualifies for NCAA
Championships
AURORA,
Ill. -- Aurora University men’s track and field thrower, freshman
Adrian Kibiersza (DesPlaines, IL/Maine West H.S.) became the first
Aurora University men’s track and field athlete in the four-year
existence of the program to reach the NCAA Division III Track and
Field Outdoor National Championships. The championships will be held
Thursday through Saturday, May 24-26, at the University of
Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
